Aimee trained at the Manly Cottage Hospital to become a Nurse and then as a tutor Sister, Renwick Hospital, Ashfield and the Auburn District Hospital.
She married Claude Cropton Fleck 1923 at St Philips Anglican Church, York Street, Sydney, her nursing background was of great benefit to Claude during his early years as a doctor.
Many patients were treated free of charge during the Depression and Aimee spent much of her time helping in the practice.
Their on child Bruce Cropton was born 14th October 1925 at Lidcombe.
She died 14 August 1939.
