Saturday 28th May 1853 Thomas is declared Insolvent under his Own Petition and is sentenced to Lancaster Gaol under orders vesting in the Provisional Assignee his Estates & Effects
Thomas Baron of Manchester was arraigned before the Judge of Lancaster County Court at 10am Friday 1st July 1853 together with other Prisoners, to be examined and dealt with according to the Statute; Declared - 'Out of Business'
Registered as an Assistant Chemist & Druggist aged 53 married living with Jonathon Oldfield at 288 Deansgate Eating House, Manchester
