FUNERAL NOTICE - Sydney Morning Herald, Saturday August 20, 1932.
FLECK - The Funeral of the late Karl Colin Fleck, beloved son of Mr. & Mrs. Otto Fleck and Brother of Hermoine, Bernice & Cecil, will leave Joseph Medcalf's Funeral Chapel, 172 Redfern Street, Redfern, this morning at 9.45 am for the Presbyterian Cemetery, Botany.

DEATH AFTER TAKING MEDICINE.

"Karl John Fleck, 24, Single of 90 Castlereagh Street, Redfern, was admitted to Sydney Hospital late on Thursday night and died soon afterwards.
He had been suffering from a cold and took some Cough Mixture. Later on he became ill, and was taken to Hospital. Death may have been due to some form of Narcotic Poisoning. The contents of the Bottle will be analysed.
